The KZS-1218 "PALESSE GS12" combine harvester is a high-performance combine harvester with a 1500 mm wide thresher with accelerated grain mass flow before threshing. At the same time, a distinctive feature of the PALESSE GS12 threshing machine is the large diameter of the accelerator drum and the threshing drum (600 and 800 mm) - more than in any other threshing machine of the same type. As a result, the combine ensures stable threshing when picking up "difficult" crops, including clogged, straw and wet crops. The special all-wheel drive version of the combine is effective in soils with low bearing capacity.
The efficiency of the combine is increased by the use of additional adapters for harvesting various crops, by re-equipping the thresher (harvesting corn for grain and sunflower), thresher and undercarriage (harvesting rice). Depending on market preferences, the combine can be equipped with engines from different manufacturers.
A distinctive feature of the PALESSE GS12 threshing machine is the increased diameter of the accelerator drum and the threshing drum: 600 and 800 mm, respectively. Combined with the increased concave area, this made the threshing path more elongated and the threshing more careful. The result is a high level of threshing and separation.
A sieve, three cleaning cascades, a powerful fan with even airflow distribution through the sieves - this cleaning system meets the highest requirements for grain cleanliness.
The information control system System control, based on the on-board computer, combines the functions of information provision, registration, statistics, management and control. Simple and clear controls are grouped together on the large display . It displays all the basic information about the state of the combine's working systems. The computer finds the optimal ratio of regulation depending on the yield, moisture and contamination. It is a reliable assistant that increases in value as harvesting conditions become more complex.
The spacious Comfort Max cabin with a perfect view is equipped with air conditioning, an automatic monitoring and control system based on an on-board computer. The high level of comfort, including the workplace organization system, ensures a high working capacity of the operator during a long shift.
