PALESSE FS60 has become known as an inexpensive model for wide use. The harvester can supply silage, haylage and green forage. For greater stability, the safety system of the feeder unit is included in the basic configuration. When a metal or stone detector triggers an alarm, the automatic control immediately turns off the rollers and prevents them from breaking.

The hydraulic systems of the undercarriage, the steering wheel, the adapter drive and the feeding unit guarantee the required flexibility and quick reaction in changing harvesting conditions, and also allow the cutting length to be changed from the cab.

The cabin is equipped as standard with an air conditioning system (air cooler, air conditioner, heater), which ensures a comfortable microclimate. The height of the silage channel allows for easy feeding of the vehicle body frames with high sides.

• Pick-up. The ground following system and the height adjustment of the pick-up ensure complete pick-up of the swaths.
  The clamping device prevents dispersion of incoming mass and losses in windy weather. The spring loaded bolt automatically adjusts to the thickness of the layer by moving it up and down.
• Grass header. The terrain copying system and the adjusted cutting height guarantee an even cut.
• Combine hydraulics - this is the necessary flexibility and a short reaction time in changing harvesting conditions. The machine is equipped with the hydraulics of the drive system, steering and working elements, adapter drive and intake unit. The high hydraulic ratio increases the reliability of the combine, reduces vibration and noise levels, simplifies kinematics, driving control and servicing.
• The JaMZ-238АК1 engine with turbocharging and an integrated heat exchanger works stably at the peak load and guarantees the maximum performance of the combine. The machine can also be supplemented with the ОМ 906 LA engine (Mercedes-Benz) upon the customer's request.
• The five-roller "PALESSE FS60" pick-up unit is equipped with an effective protection system against ingestion of foreign objects. The automatic equipment immediately shuts down the roller controller when it receives a signal from the stone and metal detector, preventing damage.
• The 24 chopping drum knives ensure a clean cut phase. The rotation speed of 1173 r / min of the chopping drum keeps the speed of the silage driven. The cutting length can be adjusted from the cabin, the automatic equipment provides 4 modes of cutting length - 4.2 / 6/9/13 mm. The mechanical grinding unit keeps the knives sharp.
• The discharge tunnel with a hydraulic motor unloads the cut plants from three sides.
• The opening hood from the engine and the service platform on both sides of the machine provide easy access to the engine, aggregates and machine parts.
