The KZS-10K "PALESSE GS10" combine harvester is, on the one hand, a classic drum system for threshing and separation, combining stability and quality of threshing with economic operation. On the other hand, these are advanced technical solutions, such as a header with the best cutting unit in the world, three-stage cleaning and a high level of automatic control of harvesting parameters. The combination of these features, given the reasonable price, gives every reason to consider PALESSE GS10 as the "Aurea mediocritas" in the harvest season.

The use of PALESSE GS10, in addition to harvesting grain, with adapters for collecting various plants, makes it possible to increase its seasonal load from 180 to 300 hours, which reduces the direct operating costs per unit of working time by at least 1.4 times.

The Big Drum threshing machine with 800 mm high inertia drum during cleaning in conditions of normal humidity ensures high performance of the combine.
Seven cascades with optimal height difference on each of the five straw walker keys and the large amplitude of the oncoming key movement improve grain separation, maintain stable performance and reduce losses.
The three-stage fine cleaning system with electric adjustment of the intensity of the air flow from the cab ensures high cleanliness of the grain in the tank.
The grain unloading system with the upper unloading auger position allows grain to be loaded quickly into trailers with high sides, saving time for cleaning.
A large cabin (2.6 m 3 ) with panoramic glass, equipped with air conditioning, fully adjustable operator's seat - this is a real comfort at a high level.

In the updated PALESS GS10 combine, the hydrostatic handle has become even more functional. Features that can be controlled with one hand and require quick decision making, in addition to controlling the speed of movement, drum position and rotation speed, the position of the incline conveyor and the immediate shutdown of the drive, added the ability to control the grain unloading system.

The on-board computer automatically checks the circuits of the sensors and operating mechanisms at startup, provides an overview of the electrical circuit with a number of circuits and tips for troubleshooting. Automatic adjustment of the working elements (revolutions of the threshing drum, revolutions of the fan) is performed by a computer based on the harvested crops and their condition or from previously saved settings.

The incline conveyor is characterized by a stable and high-quality feed to the grain mass. Three supports for the upper conveyor shaft, which evenly distribute the load on the chains, and sprockets with an increased number of teeth ensure the durability of the conveyor chains.
The use of hydropneumatic accumulators on the lifting / lowering cylinders of the inclined conveyor improves the quality of field terrain following, prevents damage to the header and the inclined conveyor.
The use of a hydraulic motor in the construction of the inclined conveyor ensured a stepless reversal of the conveyor, which significantly reduced the time required for this operation.
The 500-liter fuel tank used in the structure, made of high-quality polymeric materials, has advantages over metal fuel tanks - durability and corrosion resistance. It is an effective solution to the problem of clogging of the fuel system by corrosion.
Reliable and economical YMZ-236BE2-28 engine has enough power reserve to ensure stable operation of the combine. The top platform of the combine is equipped with safe and convenient maintenance of the engine installation.
The inclusion of a second tank in the basic equipment allowed us to increase the total volume of the pneumatic system to 80 liters, creating a new reserve of time savings for daily maintenance. The installation of additional pre-cleaning in the engine power supply system increased the cleaning efficiency of the supplied air, increasing the stability of the engine operation.
An effective solution for improving comfort and reducing maintenance time: fully opening hoods, securely held by pneumatic cylinders, provide unlimited and convenient access to combine components and mechanisms.
Cutting unit with strong, stamped and welded fingers with upper and lower cutting edges, with a system of alternating segments for an exceptionally clean cut and self-cleaning. The planetary gear used to drive the cutting unit of the header ensures high cutting frequency with smooth operation and minimal wear, increasing productivity.

Separate harvesting of grain

When harvesting conditions require it, PALESSE combines are equipped with a pick-up to collect the grain. In addition to the header, this adapter is well adapted to work on uneven fields and ensures longitudinal transverse following of the field terrain. Its design prevents clogging, winding and blowing out of the selected mass.

Rape harvesting

Use of rape harvesting equipment. Active side baffles with cutting devices clearly cut off the cleaned rape along the edge of the crown. In combination with the headlamps, this reduces the loss of rapeseed to a minimum.

Harvesting corn for grain

Harvesting corn for grain becomes an easy task using a special set of equipment. It includes a header with a chopper and stalk chopper, a threshing drum drive, a removable concave and additional equipment for the combine's working systems. The cobs are carefully separated for threshing, and the stalks are finely chopped. The field remains completely ready for plowing.
