  • The high hydraulic ratio of the machine ensures technological reliability, and the quick adjustment of working elements from the cab saves time. The construction of the self-propelled forage harvester uses a hydraulic transmission of the feeding unit with smooth adjustment of the cutting length from the operator's workplace, truck hydraulics, hydraulics of working elements and steering wheel control.
  • The spacious "Comfort Max" cabin provides a perfect panoramic view of the working area with any adapters, solid protection against heat, cold, vibration, noise and dust. Air conditioning, heater, additional seat, cooling box for drinks, sun blind are already standard equipment of the "PALESSE FS80" cabin. Thanks to the control system, the work seat and the steering wheel are ideally suited to the operator of any height and body build.
  • The "PALESSE" FS80 forage harvester is equipped with a pick-up. The field area is copied accurately and without damaging the root system. The design of the pick-up ensures the shortest path of the silage to the feeding unit, increasing the stability of the pick-up. The pick-up device is compactly located under the auger, so by inverting the rollers of the feeder, the haylage is removed directly in the field and requires no additional cleaning.
  • The rowless crop header cuts maize stalks cleanly and at the same height. The stalks are fed into the feeder from their lower side, which prevents the cobs from being lost and leaves the field perfectly clean. During the harvesting of the corn, the color of the wax ripens with the hard stalks, the cut quality and the forage consistency of the mass remain stable.
  • Smooth adjustment of the cutting length can be made from the cabin by means of a controller on the control panel in two ranges 6-8 and 11-15 mm (with 40 knives). It is also possible to work with 20 knives on the knife drum.
  • 40 knives placed in 4 rows on the knife drum set at an angle towards the shearbar. Provides a clean cut and saves energy. Due to the angle of inclination, the knives move the masses from the edge towards the center of the drum, thus reducing the friction against the walls.
  • Grinding the knives of the knife drum can be done automatically. Provides high-quality cut, increased productivity and reduced fuel consumption.
  • The cutting unit protection system, included in the standard equipment of the combine, prevents the drum knives from being damaged by foreign objects. The degree of sensitivity of the protection system is installed from the cabin. Metal and stone detector sensors provide signals to an electronic module located in the cabin. The system reacts immediately, automatically disengages the drive from the power unit shaft and stops the mass flow. By activating the electro-hydraulic reverse, the foreign object is quickly removed.
  • The capacity of the fuel tank provides 10 hours of comprehensive work. Cleaning the forage harvester, radiator, filters, and the cabin from dust and dirt is possible using a pneumatic system equipped with two tanks with a capacity of 80 liters.
  • The discharge tunnel with a steering angle of 210 ° avoids complicated maneuvering. Another advantage that allows you to reduce operating costs is the ability to change not the entire tunnel, but only easily removable elements.
